Latest Long Race

My latest long race was the Hellgate 100k on 11 December 2010 that starts near Natural Bridge, Virginia and ends near Troutville, Virginia.  My next long race will be the Bull Run Run on 9 April 2011.  Ricky will be crewing for me at this race.  He crewed for me the first time at Kettle Moraine last June.  I welcome all comments, critiques, and questions on my training, racing, or eating.  NSR.
